blackberry bis problem

Maybe some one out there can assist me I am struggeling with BIS on my blackberry for nearly 3years I used my bis to whatch my favourite porn clips on various sites also dowmn load a lot of clips without any problems.since the end of the month i struggel,wheni open the video clip I can hear the sound but no visial and a text came up saying "the video portion of the media being played uses an unsupported format"what does that mean I asked a lot of people they cannot explain...I need my short porn clips and this site to put a smile on my face because I spent most of my time working in remote areas.I use most of the time the sites Xvideos and xhamster.maybe vodacom is stopping or put a restrain on all porn clips...please somebody help!
