Heidie Fleiss is not fake, albeit their website being a bit outdated.
If you want to use the HF website, then be clever about it. 80% of the girls advertising there are on ESA or on the one of the other 2 big escort sites. 99% of the time to book the exact same girl from ESA or other, you'll pay more than 50% cheaper rate. For example if you book a girl currently advertising on HF for R1500, you can actually book her via ESA and pay R650 instead.
HF acts like an agent and takes a big cut of the fees. However there are a few super hot girls only available via HF and charging R2000+
Make up your own mind and do your homework.
