Morning ESA support, I paid for gold membership on Monday but my account does not reflect this yet. Have sent an email to your support email but response to that either?

How long does it take to kick in? Last time it was activated within an hour now I've been waiting since 11:15am yesterday. Sent proof of deposit via email

Ah back in the gold.

Why gold membership is kwaai for since i had it for the first time previously. I noticed some profiles look good but after gold gave me the opportunity to see bigger pics i changed my mind becoz suddenly they didnt look so good on clear bigger pics.

And the video extras is bonus too

Also have a similar problem as Acis, paid yesterday, send proof of payment and still no activation of membership. Last time it took a week, was hoping for a speedier services this time.

In general I do not like to complain, or accuse someone, but this to me is a case of favoritism. I paid my subs for gold membership at about the same time as ASH1, also posted on this thread similar to him. He had his gold membership activated within a few minutes of his posting, myself and the original punter that started the thread are still waiting.

WHY? would love to hear the response from ESA on this

@yewrev Support emails get checked twice a day by me and I had not received a mail from you however picked your payment up in our banking and activated your membership early this morning. Please note without me actually receiving the proof of payment or not seeing the payment in our banking, Theres no way of me knowing you made a payment.

Gentlemen, I advise you to please contact me directly so we can sort it out with immediate effect sometimes we face the problem of not catching the payment quickly enough especially if it comes from another bank as it reflects in 48hours but on the day of the payment.
