Thatch Hill Estate - A good place to live?

I've only recently moved up to GP, from Durban. The time has now come for me to find my own pad... been looking around and found this fairly new place inside Thatc Hill Estate... A complex.
The ladies in Centurion are a plenty and gorgeous too and the rent isn't bad either.
Anyone stay in Centurion / Thatch Hill Estate or have better ideas of where I can look for places to rent?
