People don't like watching porn with condoms. It doesn't sell as well. Therefore it doesn't pay as well.
Porn sex is not like real sex (duh!). It lasts a lot longer - an hour or two is not unusual. Having sex for that long with a condom leads to chafing - and that means that infection is more likely because there are small cuts which provide entry to pathogens. The condoms are likely to wear out, so you need to change them. It's hard for male performers to maintain an erection for that long. It's even harder if you need to change condom 10 times.

Its a little wilder now that they create their own content. I'm not sure how many of them do STI screenings with their costars.
We don't have that in our daily lives. Unless you're bold enough to walk a grown woman to a doctor to ask for the both of you to get tested within a couple of weeks of dating, you're taking a risk.
