Finding out you know a punt

A while back I had an interesting encounter at a venue
I sat there and waited for a parade. Lo and behold I knew one of the girls. She was a engaged to a colleague and he even brought her to our Xmas party at work.
She told me at home they thought she is some home based nurse or something like that.
She asked me to not tell.
It was the best sex ever. I keep going though hoping to bump into her but she is no longer there...I'm sure I'll see her again somewhere, one way or the other.
Have you ever bumped into a John/WG that you knew personally? How did it unfold
