Is it better to pay before or after the action?

I dont mind, it depends on the lady.

Sometimes, It depends where the pants is stored... i cant be worried about my car and pants

My personal preference is before. Then the lady knows atleast the 'paperwork' is done and can focus on the job at hand.....

Pay first and put the lady at ease, so she can give you her full focus. Especially if you're meeting her for the first time.

I can assure you majority of the ladies (who don't ask for cash upfront) won't be fully focused on the session.. constantly wondering if you're gonna screw them over after. Same with me the one or two times in a week I forget to ask and then mid blow remember I haven't seen any cash lol... I am way more comfortable knowing what I'm owed has been sorted. Trust in this business is expensive even with regulars..

I agree. With all the scammers going about, they would definitely appreciate payment first.
