Any recommendations for discipline?

I've posted from time to time where a girl proved good at giving discipline. Many girls like it but don't know it yet if they haven't tried it. I like girls new to discipline, and I especially dislike dominas because they have crappy attitiudes.
Anyone had discipline from a girl in here who may not advertise the fact?
On the other hand, any experience with girls who TAKE discipline? (Nothing bizarre- a good sound spanking, perhaps a few strokes of the cane.) HSS mentioned some a while back, but none of those panned out.
