Sorry if it seems that I'm whining, I've sent 2 emails to support and one to Sally without any response. So I'm hoping that if I make this public it would get their attention.

On Monday morning I signed up for Gold Membership (R80) using my credit card. According to the website handling the billing, the transaction was successful but there was a problem processing my request. Later that morning my bank phoned me to ask if they should allow the transaction to continue, which was strange because they've never asked about any transaction in the past. I told them that the transaction should be allowed to go through and they haven't bothered me about it since. Problem is, I still don't have my Gold membership activated. Why not?

My biggest gripe is that after trying to contact support or Sally via email, I have received no response at all. Even if the problem is on my side for some reason, at least reply to my email and tell me whats wrong, or if you're still working on fixing the problem, reply and tell me that you're working on it.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance to anyone that does offer some assistance.

Jose, you are not in the boat alone.

3 Nights ago I purchased the 2 month option, the transaction has gone off my credit card, but no activation as yet.

I captured the information correctly, the provider supplied a succesful transaction notification, but when the process returned to ESA, an error was reported.

I have forwarded the relevant information to sally and support, but still no reply or activation.

I am planning to wait another day before I request the back to reverse the charge for non delivery of services.

Maybe by making it public, something may happen.

Why should I take Sally on? There's obviously is a problem with Esa's billing system, which will be rectified in a gracious manner (As I have come to know Sally) unlike on Myescortreview.

ESA is a excellent site which sorts outs it's problems and take to suggestions without making a lot of fuss or letting of hot wind, like you Mike...

Sally has been running an superb site for years and has allways been level headed and gracious.

Pls give me as close to the exact time and date the transaction took place so I may attempt to trace what occurred.
