Tips for good service

Hi all,
I have been with Robin a couple of times and have given her a few tips for a great service.
I always walk out of there with a smile on my face..!!!
I always try to give her an extra R100, but i'm not sure if that is enough or to little.
Then there is times i don't tip her at all, and that is not because the service was bad, but sometimes a man's cash flow is a little low, but i always feel like she must think it must have been k@k for me.
Would like some input on how much to tip, and if it is realy a good idea to tip.......

I have also been guilty of giving tips , but only for really good service. question how many people are paying me extra for doing my jop ??? None
