Just for the record, unprotected oral sex is the most common cause of the spread of chlamydia, a horrible STI which will make you much more likely to be infected by HIV at a later stage. This refers to both cunnilingus and fellatio.
Nobody can say for certain what the chances are, so nobody can actually answer Jojo's question. Certain factors increase the risk:
1) Open wounds or abbrasions
2) Contact with blood
3) Lack of lubrication (dry sex) because damage may be done to the genitals, causing contact with blood
4) Existing STI's
5) Not using a condom or dental dam
6) General state of health of the participants
As far as I know, the chances of passing HIV during unprotected oral sex is somewhat less likely than during vaginal or anal sex due to the fact that the saliva is not an ideal environment for the virus. Other STI's such as chlamydia, gonhorrea, syphillis and herpes are often transferred in saliva during oral sex.
The only STI (of sorts) that a condom doesn't prevent is genital lice (crabs).
Here endeth the lesson.
