We asked all our agents as well as a few of our friends to test the video chat. They all report that it is working fine.
Suggestions:
1. Try restarting your PC. The new versions of Adobe Flash use hardware acceleration feature on your graphics card to display videos. If you have another program that is locking up your video card, it could cause the video not to display.
2. Your ISP could have routing problems to our video server. You will have to take it up with their support department.
3. You could try another browser. A quick and easy solution would be to use Google Chrome as it comes with Adobe Flash built in. It can be downloaded here
