Not sur how this all works but for the last couple of days the video chats haven't been downloading

We asked all our agents as well as a few of our friends to test the video chat. They all report that it is working fine.

Suggestions:

1. Try restarting your PC. The new versions of Adobe Flash use hardware acceleration feature on your graphics card to display videos. If you have another program that is locking up your video card, it could cause the video not to display.

2. Your ISP could have routing problems to our video server. You will have to take it up with their support department.

3. You could try another browser. A quick and easy solution would be to use Google Chrome as it comes with Adobe Flash built in. It can be downloaded here www.google.com/chrome

Yes. At the time Adobe Flash Player was the only technology that supported video in the browser. If you do not want to install Adobe Flash Player install Google Chrome. It's faster and more secure than the browser that comes with your computer, and like we said, Flash is built in.

And if you use an IPAD?

Then we can unfortunately not help, as we cannot take responsibility for the fact that Apple Inc. chose not to add Flash to their devices.

If you have an Ipad the best solution is Skyfire from the Apps. store. I will also help you view other flash content.
