All something that always intrigued me is how women use makeup. I don't know if ask fits feel the same way but I generally prefer no makeup on ladies.

Anyway my question is to the WG's do ladies also or mention in other parts of their body? The reason I ask, is because I see this lady everyday (not a wg, I am not giving it anything further about her) and she generally likes wearing skirts even in winter. But the one day she will have white legs with marks all over them and a tanned face, the next day her face will look completely different but her legs will be golden brown with no marks on them. She basically looks different almost every I see her... is it the makeup?

Lol is this the 21y/o you mentioned previously? I don't know, I also exclusively wear dresses/skirts.. can't think as to why her legs might change but some do use bodily makeup (or perhaps she's wearing stockings and you just havent noticed?)

As for the face, during winter many are lighter in complection for obvious reasons. This means ideally you should have a separate foundation for colder months, suited to your skin tone... But makeup is expensive so having one shade has to suffice sometimes.
