Skin reduction recommendations in Cape Town

Hi all.
So over the past 3 years I have lost about 60kg's and have kept the weight off for the past year.
So the result is allot of exccess hanging skin left around my waist.
I was wondering if someone can assist with contact details for a Dr that does skin reduction in Cape Town or surrounding areas.
Looking for a personal refference from someone who has used the Dr themself please.
