I would never have see a truecaller name and remembered it from a missing persons advert.

Those missing persons report are often loaded on social media before an "offical" missing persons report is created with police. The links are often not updated either to found status.

Sometimes people aint really missing either they just want to be missing for "certain" people.

For example someone hidding from an abusive partner could be reported missing by the same partner they want to hide away from.

I hope that she is okay and that this "dicovery" does not create more problems.

It could also just be that they have the same name or the number previously belonged to someone else with that name. If the concern is for the lady then the appropriate thing would have been to contact her directly and also ESA instead of posting personal details on the forum.
