Today's PG Caption:

For years, I could not bare to look at myself while in the nude. I could not see the man I saw on the inside and I just refused to look at myself.

When I look at this picture (one of the less graphic amongst many), I may not see the body I identify with; but I see a man I greatly admire and I see strength. I no longer see the boy who was cast aside, ostracized, bullied, a secret amongst lovers and his own worst enemy. But I see a man who has turned his shame into empowerment.

I see a man that I identify with and who I am proud of

I have found liberation through my work and I would like to offer the same to my clients.

Are you ready to face yourself? Even if you feel that you're not, you don't have to do it alone. I'm here to hold your hand. My treatment room is a safe space for you.

We can only truly connect with others, once we connect with ourselves.
