Honestly I would say either green point / sea point or maybe century city areas. Pretty central and safe

Keeping another thread about Waterkloof ladies and venues in mind - I'll give it a miss.

I haven't had the pleasure of an appointment with Candy, but I'm pretty sure that the waterkloof thread is not about her. I had the misfortune of making a booking with one of her colleagues at the venue the week before last, and when I arrived the lady in question had told the venue that she had cancelled, but had neglected to tell me. (Neither the lady nor venue currently have active ads hence no reviews/comments)
Candy was waiting for a client of her own, but she was incredibly apologetic (and genuinely dismayed at the way I'd been treated) and extremely friendly and helpful (I needed to organise a phone charger for 15 min before I could call an Uber). I would be very surprised if she were anything but a consummate professional. (Also she is smoking hot)

It's your cash and time`, so it's entirely up to you...however...
Unless the OP on THAT thread can be specific on which establishments' or SP's are mediocre, then...ONLY THEN should you follow their advice, recommendations or "bad experiences".
Seems to be a lot of generalizing on the forum recently.
A "sinister place", as one SP mentioned some time ago!
It's your cash and time`, so it's entirely up to you...however...
