The only time I will capitalize a word, would be if someone does not get the message clearly and by now it's the third or fourth time repeating myself. My favorite reply is (not just to clients), "What part of this word/sentence do you not understand?"

When Tears for Fears released their song "Shout" in 1984,it didn't catch on for the first week or so.
Then they re-titled it "SHOUT!",and it became a mega-hit.
Even today,35+ years later,people who heard the song before,can't help themselves but to mouth the words when it plays.
