Before I go ahead and start a backabuddy for a fridge for a single mom struggling to feed her child, I was hoping I could ask around on the forum first.

Does anyone here perhaps have a 170l KIC Fridge-Freezer they are willing to trade for a booking or two?
New ones are on special at the moment for R2999-ish, I'm sure a secondhand one will be a lot cheaper.

Like I mentioned above, this is for a mom that is really struggling to give her child a decent meal as she can't afford to go to the shop every second/third day and would like the option to freeze any foods.

This is really sad. I've been there and it is the most difficult thing as a mother if you can't give your children what they need or deserve.
I don't have a spare fridge, but if you can find one second hand I can contribute something towards it.
She must just always keep looking forward. Things will get better xxx

Unfortuantely yes, a bar fridge is too small...we looked at it and she will end up having to go to the shops quite often as well :( I have though of every possible way out of this situation- it's just not happening.

You are absolutely AMAZING offering to help!
