So I wasnt sure where to post this ... please correct me if I am wrong posting here...

I am in the business of providing solutions to my customers. And some time back, before I found out about ESA, I had a similar idea. Why not startup a website service for the girls and punters alike? Obviously i didnt go to far. I was a bit far removed from the business back then and really not in a position to actually go ahead with a project such as this.

But I had many thoughts which I would like to share, since I may never use it. Maybe i could get feedback from the guys actually doing it, telling me I have no clue as to what I am proposing and to F off. Or maybe just benefit from a better experience here. As reading the forums I do find a lot lacking from what I originally thought might be the fully capable of such a website service. If I ramble and am not so coherent please forgive me as I am just putting some of my random thoughts down.

Firstly besides just providing an interface service (between punters and WGs), would it be better also providing a full support service benefitting all. The forums are great but still to disorganised for what I am actually proposing. The core idea is providing the best service providers out there for your punter base to choose from. Knowledgeable, reputable, clean and friendly. Now I am not saying turn away girls. But what can be done to achieve this? I cannot imagine what this business is like or what it involves getting into this as a young girl. Pretty scary I would think.

I know there are already great and experienced WGs out there, I do love them all :) I sometimes wonder if girls actually provide the bad service on purpose. Surely they want to make money. And the young newcomers surely need a bit of help and start up guidance. I love the newcomers that are unsure but still give their all and take my suggestions to heart, but I hate getting somewhere, getting dissappointed and hearing "what was I doing wrong?" when I state my dissatisfaction.

Can workshops, pamphlets and actual real support services (online and other) help these girls?

Cleanliness and Presentation
I once visited a chinese girl and was lucky enough to watch her after our session. This girl had a 10 min routine ensuring she was ready for her next punt. Shower, douche, teeth, hair and make up. Trust me I tasted every bit of this girl when I got there and she was sweet, clean and fragrant. Her fragrant douche was even homemade. And she really cleaned up. It looked cheap but was effective. This was although the entire service was covered and she was a really cheap punt. How hard can it be for girls to do this. Makeup and dress sense as well. Her simple procedures left no doubt in my mind that cleanliness and presentation was her top priority. I would NOT have guessed we just finished an hour session.

Wouldnt be nice if you visited the girl and she actually looked like her photos-- ALWAYS! Make up techniques, dress sense, hair... Just show her what to do with a bit of foundation and makeup so that she can always present this. I dont think photoshopping is really necessary if she knows how to present herself. Now naturally beautiful girls neednt worry. but not all are so lucky.

Service
Basic techniques and courtesies. We have all had our dong scratched, scraped and pulled from our body a few times by girls. I even had one struggle with the condom. Also reading the customer that sort of thing. When is he enjoying it when isnt he. What services are out there and can be offered. Stuff like this. Drinks and talk and setting the guy at ease. Even if it just a glass of ice cold water. Neatness of the area. Keeping the bed neat and clean even though you use it a hundred times (there are tricks for this surely). Simple airfreshner sometimes? The chinese girl I mentioned earlier had sheets but lighting behind which made it look neat and guided me to where i was supposed to be. Workshops and pamphlets or areas on the website dedicated to this for the girls. All coallated and put up for easy access to girls. Tutorials and videos. Surely this isnt hard.

Workshops could include monthly doctors on site for girls who are worried about their bodies. To get easy access too. I am not saying girls dont do this, but i have met some pretty girls that seemed so slow that i wondered if they knew what a douche was let alone a pap smear. Maybe even get good rates with surgoens for girls saving up for certain cosmetic surgeries (even dentists). I dont know if this is possible. But it is a thought. Group discount sort of stuff. As ESA I am quite sure that there are things can be provided to girls to make them better in this business for themselves.

I mean I wanted to get into this business (my website idea) cause I had a certain love for it. And to help these girls actually make money for whatever purpose they want to. Now there are those that are just beyond help. But there are those that if they knew certain things, it could make a world of difference. And for me as a punter, knowing that ESA provided this knowledge to all of their girls, I would feel a lot more comfortable with girls even the ones that seemed clueless. And if there was something bad about the girl, you can be sure it was bad... Or a clueless punter. (i saw a guy giving a girl bad ratings on hygiene because of her cum hahaha) See? if guys had a section to read through things it might help punters too.

Maybe fitness type classes? Dont get me wrong I like curves on women sometimes... But what about group rates at yoga classes... Flexible women...mmmmmm... Tantric workshops? I seen a thread for prostrate massages... Yeah then guys could find the young hot thing who would know what this is and expertly perform it... you might get punters paying to be the practice model :D Punters might even fund part of these workshops... I dont know I am just spitballing here... Might be hard to keep it just being a workshop to an all out orgy breaking out... but surely if it is kept serious, with rules this can be accomplished. Maybe the punters could attend for their own checkups and pills from doctors if they dont want to visit their own GP. I am not talking SEXPO but small business related workshops? Genuine advice, genuine products, genuine service, all safe, clean and in one place.

Support with bad reviews
This one speaks for itself. Why are there bad reviews after bad on a girls page? Isnt there any guidance offered. It would be nice to see ESA on a girls page after a bad review saying a chat with the girl provided "A-B or C". encouraging more punters to go check this out for themselves. I mean we all seen hot girls with bad reviews?? Nobody got a suggestion for them? I would have liked to visit a few but not knowing if she improved or not doesnt help.

So I am not saying this all should already be done... But a small section on this website for your girls surely could help... and be a start. I mean maybe just maybe, ESA should be thinking like a "pimp". NO! not the nigerian kind but business minded on this business kind and not just the interface provided (a standard website). These are your girls, they pay to be listed here. The more you help the more punters will signup and the more girls want to sign up cause of the services offered. Ban the un-help-able ones. But help the ones that genuinely want to make money and provide a service. I dont see why this business cannot be enjoyable to ALL. If they are making money the longer they stay here. Which is what you want. Young foolish girls get used and hurt and maybe thats why there is bad service and it spirals out of control from there.

This is what the forum was meant to be in a very small way, but I always believed with a bit of savvy and creativity, this could be soooo much more. All it needs is for ESA to take the lead and not let the users haphazardly try to provide help and organise the knowledge base and content thereof. It works but not for all in all spheres.

So these are my thoughts. I had a whole lot more technology based suggestions as I never think small. But ESA seemingly has had more than 10 years of success, so why provide a similar format all the others are providing. it is better than the others, yes. But is that just all it can be? Just a little better??? It looks much the same since I joined years ago. Some better features yes... But still the same... Where is ESA v2.0?
