Where do brand new WGs learn their craft?

How do they know their prices and their details of what is included.

I mean let's take a normal civilian that is brought to this world. How do they know that this is the price to charge and this is what is included.

I feel like the ones who are experienced and do bare minimum never graduated.

The there's those who graduated cum louder and then went on to get business qualifications and run their businesses outstandingly.

Just wanna know.

Obviously the. WGs are the best to answer here but here's my 2c.

Remember, most commonly they have friends that recruit them into the game. The friend shows them how it goes - how to take a call and how much to charge.

Depending on the friends service levels, that's what impacts this one. If you get toilet paper and not wet wipes afterwards, it's probably because the friend taught her that toilet paper is fine.

I once asked a WG this very question. As part of her research she messaged girls on ESA and other similar sites, posing as a punter to determine pricing and rates. She had no-one to turn to or to guide her so she apparently spent a year researching before taking the plunge. This was years ago, she has now left the industry.

I guess they learn these things through trial and error.

There is basicaly a standard rate in each area you go work in. House or apartment owner will tell a new girl the basic rates in the area.
What to offer is up to the girl. Some new girls go in all the way with all extras included until they realise they can ask extra for some things. Girls talk and girls listen.

What to do in the room?

How did you learn how to do it kingofthepunters?

After 6 months they go to the ESA to write an exam to see what they have learned in the field. If they pass they recieve a diploma. Then only are they are fully qualified escorts.

Well i am new in this industry. And keeping my ear to the ground. Im a qualified masseuse. So that part is easy. The rest, you are naturally born with. Your client base will be those your clicking with both mentally and physically. And no matter where you work or what you do, client satisfaction shoukd always be first rule of thumb. Good hygiene, comfort, and being open and relaxed. And well prepared for your clients needs before hand. Something dry and harsh on any skin iz never a good idea, and taking care of your whole body and appearance is a must. If you are comfortable then your client will be comfortable. And good communication.

I have been to venues where the MG was an apprentice under the guidance of an experienced MG. Some venues even advertise for volunteer bodies to be worked on by the apprentices (of course you still pay, some it's free).


Every venue has set rates and she then determines how she makes the extra bits hence the proverbial "discuss with her in the room". Those rates can be anything from being given free FH just because enough sparks flew or pay an additional R3k because they really dont want to have sex but the money offered was good enough - oh well.

Most MGs/WGs switch rates depending on the punter. Regulars can get a massive discount because of ongoing relationship in some cases helping the girls outside the venue - I offered one a lift after a session as I was her last client. I bought another meds as she was sick and we just chilled in the session - her next session was off the charts - multiple orgasms, shower play - all on her.

Be considerate, be practical, be polite and our SPs will go out of their way to ensure you are well taken care. Rates are just a guide - thrive to get a good session. I dont mind paying any rate if the session was good enough to warrant it.

Proper training should be had by ALL.

To know all the tricks of the trade is very important.

To know what is expected and to master that is key to your success.

Learn from people you aspire to be like!

Don't just absorb everyone's advise because not everyone has your interest at heart.

Most venues provide training. (doing a few sessions with the best at the venue)
Listen to how she communicates and watch her and if she is really busy, then she is doing something right!

Don't answer your phone in a session
Don't discuss money once you start, everything must be crystal clear upfront.
Don't contact the client ever, they will contact you if they want to.
When he leaves, that feeling he leaves with will linger with him for hours be it negative or positive.
Make him feel special!
Keep it upbeat, light, happy and FUN and that is what he is paying for.

And ladies believe me no gent want to spend time with a nasty, bad attitude person.
