Good morning everyone, I'm sure we all have that fear that if we book a Lady for a over night at a hotel, that she'll get the money and leave early.
I wanna know what you need to do in a situation like this, cos I really wanna book someone for an over night for the first time

Very few ladies will be that dishonest.. but if you really feel the need to do something to set your mind at ease, talk to her explain your fear and agree on 2/3 payment upfront and 1/3 in the morning.
I ask a 50% upfront deposit before I go on a travel or overnight and I am perfectly happy to take my other 50% in cash the morning after before I leave.
