Recent punt, lady commented how she knows as she showers with the client at the start of the massage how she will give the head bare or covered. I venture circumcision will feature heavily in the decision.
But got me thinking how it feels how to engage with the hoody on. Just as nature intended it. Damn my parents for denying me the opportunity.

If I understand your question correctly you want to know what uncircumcised sex feels like?
Good news for you is that it's exactly the same. When you get an erection, the skin does not enlarge with the penis with the end result that the skin is stretched very tight an the head also completely exposed.

I think the head is more sensitive, than for someone who is cut.
