Wow oh wow this 'lady' is really full of herself ! I made a 2 hour appointment on my way I phoned her and she said it was ok then i got an sms she was running 10 min late , So i thought ok 10 min not bad ha! Turns out 40min late ! Guys she is a waist of time !

Yes I did mess up the booking by running late. It was not my intention to waste your time. As I explained to you in the sms I didn’t take peak hour morning traffic into consideration, it’s not every day I do a booking @ 6:30 in the morning and was trying to accommodate your special request.
