Thank you for contacting ESA.
As soon as your payment reflects in the ESA account we will activate your membership.
Please note the ESA office hours are Monday to Saturday: 8 am to 5 pm. Our offices are closed on Sundays.
For a prompt response please ensure that payments are made within ESA office hours, If you have made a payment using EFT from a different bank we will only activate when the money reflects in ESA'S account.
Should you have used the wrong reference please note that until we have the correct information we can not activate the payment to a profile
Please use your username, email address, or telephone number that's on your profile when making payment.
