Oh Sam - where to start.........

Venue:
The venue is a flatlet attached to a dwelling.
You park behind a closed gate and your vehicle is not visible from the street.
The venue is a bit rustic but clean and appropriate for the job in hand.
We are here for some leg over -- right.....
We are not here to win prizes in House & Home -- right......

Service Provider:
The lady is shortish with a good body.
