Experience was non existent. Called yesterday evening to make a booking for travel. Booking confirmed at premium price, but had to call back after 45 mins to see if it was on. Called again and was told that they had got the call and will attend to it. Don't think it was Katja ,but the receptionist for Sandton Playmates. Long story short , after an hour no call to cancel or make an excuse. No interest at all. Service is terrible if this is the one to go by. save the time and money and support anything but Sandton Playmates!!

I know the feeling. Had a similar experience a few months back. Made a booking with Katja for incall. Phoned the lady of the house 3 times during day to confirm as I was driving from far. Was told Katja was waiting... Arrived and was asked to wait in room. 15 min later Sasha walks in and says Katja is on her way as she had a travel booking. 30 min and my blood was starting to boil. 45 min Sasha walks in and asks if I don't want to go with someone else as it looks like Katja will not be making it. Gave here a piece of my mind and walked out.
They won't be seeing me again.

Seriuosly bad service if Sasa really cares about her business she needs to mae sure such thinhs do not happen!
